Sentence Sentenced to death for burglary at the property of wholesale hosiers Francis Hardwick and William Duncan and stealing 1033 pairs of gloves and over 1,000 pairs of stockings. The sentence was altered to transportation for life on 28 March 1822.

August 1838: Resigned from his position as constable.

August 1838: Departed for Sydney, New South Wales, on the Marian Watson with permission from the Lieutenant Governor.
